In "Avengers" the Loki character had a sort of hyperbolic
super-pointy dagger. In "Ragnarok" the female Valkarie
had a fairly straight, but narrow and very pointy, dagger.

Are these only movie props or does someone MAKE these ?
Quick look-ups reveal nothing.

Being thin/narrow they'd HAVE to be made of high-
quality/expertly-tempered steel.

Search for bladesmiths and their Guild.

There are actually a LOT of smiths - and likely
two thirds just THINK they can work steel.

Many can pound/grind-out a shape, but something
disinclined to just snap, or bend like a noodle ...
that's the real skill.
