Discussion:
The Louisiana Senate has passed a law forbidding the state from cooperating with the World Health Organization, World Economic Forum or the United Nations.

They will decide the laws in their state, not international unelected
globalists.

This is Senate Bill 133
<https://legis.la.gov/legis/BillInfo.aspx?i=240244>. It states that “No
rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World
Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall
be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency,
department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental
entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other political entity.”

The bill has only passed the state senate. It now moves on to the house.

The question is: can they do this? If President Biden signs the WHO
Pandemic Treaty
could
Louisiana stay sovereign?

It seems to me that if various so-called "Blue" cities can declare
themselves sanctuary cities and refuse to enforce immigration laws, then
any city or state can refuse to abide by any federal laws or treaties as
they see fit. Taking it a step further, if Israel can ignore the
rulings of the International Criminal Court with regard to its ruling
demanding that Israel stop its genocide in Gaza -- then Louisiana can
ignore any rulings by the WHO, WEF, and / or the United Nations.

I don't have an answer for that. I do think what is going on in Gaza is
what Naomi Klein was talking about in her book, "Disaster Capitalism."
It's a violent ethnic cleansing so Israel can redevelop Gaza from ruins,
kind of like those fishing villages in the aftermath of giant tsunamis
that wiped out some beach front property in the areas like Phuket or
fires like the one in Maui or recently in the Texas Panhandle. Israel
covets the gas fields off of Gaza so they can be like Norway when the
off shore gas fields were discovered and it prospered. This boils down
to powerful multinational corporations carrying out what Bill Gates
described as necessary population reduction to "save the planet."

https://naomiklein.org/the-shock-doctrine/

Naomi Klein’s third book, The Shock Doctrine is the unofficial story of
how the “free market” came to dominate the world. But it is a story
radically different from the one usually told. It is a story about
violence and shock perpetrated on people, on countries, on economies.

Based on breakthrough historical research and four years of
on-the-ground reporting in disaster zones, Klein explodes the myth that
the global free market triumphed democratically, and that unfettered
capitalism goes hand-in-hand with democracy. Instead, she argues it has
consistently relied on violence and shock, and reveals the puppet
strings behind the critical events of the last four decades.

The six minute companion film, created by Oscar Award winning director
Alfonso Cuarón, was an Official Selection of the 2007 Venice Biennale
and Toronto International Film Festivals.

An investigation that spans four decades of history, from Chile after
Pinochet’s coup to Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, from
Baghdad under the US “Shock and Awe” attack to New Orleans after
Hurricane Katrina. “Shock doctrine” describes the brute tactic of
systematically using the public’s disorientation following a collective
shock—wars, coups, terrorist attacks, market crashes, natural
disasters—to push through radical pro-corporate measures, often called
“shock therapy.”

the global free market triumphed democratically, and that unfettered
capitalism goes hand-in-hand with democracy. Instead, she argues it has
consistently relied on violence and shock, and reveals the puppet
strings behind the critical events of the last four decades.

The Shock Doctrine retells the story of the most dominant ideology of
our time, how the “free market” came to dominate the world — Milton
Friedman’s free market economic revolution. In contrast to the popular
myth of this movement’s peaceful global victory, Klein shows how it has
exploited moments of shock and extreme violence in order to implement
its economic policies in many parts of the world from Latin America and
Eastern Europe to South Africa, Russia, and Iraq. A program of social
and economic engineering that is driving our world, that Naomi Klein
calls “disaster capitalism”.

Klein vividly traces the origins of modern shock tactics back to the
economic lab of the University of Chicago under Milton Friedman in the
60s, and beyond to the CIA-funded electroshock experiments at McGill
University in the 50s which helped write the torture manuals used today
at Guantanamo Bay.

At the core of disaster capitalism is the use of cataclysmic events to
advance radical privatization combined with the privatization of the
disaster response itself. By capitalizing on crises, created by nature
or war, Klein argues that the disaster capitalism complex now exists as
a booming new economy, and is the violent culmination of a radical
economic project that has been incubating for fifty years.
